Refund Policy

Specification guarantee

If independent verification demonstrates that a lot does not meet its stated specification, we will replace the material or issue a full refund.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect shipments

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and supporting documentation (photographs of the packaging and product, the lot number printed on the label). We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Sealed materials

For quality and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened or used materials. Unopened materials may be returned within 14 days of delivery at the buyer’s expense; approved returns are refunded to the original payment method.

Cancelled orders

Orders that we cannot fulfil — including orders to restricted destinations or orders indicating prohibited use — are cancelled and refunded in full.
