Research Use Policy

All products sold by Animus Labs are intended exclusively for in vitro laboratory research use. They are not for human use, veterinary use, consumption, injection, diagnostic, or therapeutic purposes of any kind.

Scope

This policy governs every product offered on this site. By placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the conditions below.

Permitted use

Products are supplied as reference and research materials for use by qualified persons in appropriately equipped laboratory environments. Permitted use includes analytical research, assay development, method validation, and related in vitro applications conducted under institutional and regulatory oversight.

Prohibited use

Products must not be:

  • administered to, ingested by, injected into, or otherwise used in or on humans;
  • administered to or used in or on animals for any purpose;
  • used as or in food, dietary supplements, cosmetics, drugs, or medical devices;
  • used for diagnostic or clinical purposes;
  • resold or distributed for any of the prohibited uses above.

Purchaser responsibilities

By ordering, you represent that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, or institution purchasing for legitimate research purposes, and that you will:

  • handle all materials in accordance with the supplied safety data sheet and applicable laboratory safety standards;
  • comply with all federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations applicable to your purchase, possession, import, and use of the products;
  • not make products available to any person who intends a prohibited use.

No medical or treatment guidance

Animus Labs does not provide dosing information, administration instructions, treatment protocols, cycle guidance, or any medical advice. Nothing on this site, in product documentation, or in correspondence constitutes medical guidance. Product listings describe identity, purity, and handling only.

Verification and enforcement

We may request evidence of research affiliation or credentials before or after any order. Orders that indicate prohibited use — including references to human dosing, administration, or therapeutic intent in order notes or correspondence — may be refused, cancelled, and reported where required by law.

Acknowledgement

Completion of an order requires explicit acknowledgement of this policy at checkout. The acknowledgement, its timestamp, and the policy version are recorded against each order.
