Order processing

In-stock orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive an order confirmation at checkout and tracking information when the shipment is dispatched.

Methods and rates

We offer tracked standard and expedited shipping within supported regions, priced at checkout. Every shipment carries a tracking number visible in your account order history.

Geographic restrictions

We ship only to jurisdictions where the products are lawful for research use. Certain countries, states, regions, and postal codes are excluded; availability is enforced at checkout. We will not fulfil orders to restricted destinations and may cancel such orders with a refund.

International shipments

Where international shipping is offered, the buyer is the importer of record and is solely responsible for import compliance, customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. We cannot predict or remit destination-country charges.

Risk of loss

Risk of loss and title pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier, except as described in the Refund Policy. Buyers are responsible for a complete, accurate address; returned shipments may incur reshipment charges.

Lost or damaged shipments

Claims for damaged shipments must be initiated within 7 days of delivery; claims for lost shipments within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Contact us with your order number and supporting documentation.
