These Terms of Service govern your use of this site and your purchase of products from Animus Labs (“we”, “us”). By accessing the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age and represent that you are a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, or institution purchasing for legitimate research purposes only. We may request proof of credentials and may cancel orders or close accounts if verification fails.

2. Products and permitted use

All products are sold strictly for in vitro laboratory research use, as described in the Research Use Policy, which is incorporated into these terms. Products are not for human or veterinary use, consumption, or diagnostic purposes. They have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3. Ordering and payment

Orders are offers to purchase and are subject to our acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. The buyer is responsible for all applicable taxes. Payment is collected at the time of order through our payment provider.

4. Shipping and delivery

Shipping timeframes are estimates. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. International buyers are solely responsible for customs, import duties, and regulatory compliance in the destination country. See the Shipping Policy.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific order at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including any injury or legal consequence arising from misuse of products.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Animus Labs, its officers, employees, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use or misuse of products, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or regulation.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Animus Labs is domiciled. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration in that jurisdiction.

8. Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
